3. Yeah PA should be at least 1% (68K vote margin) and might be as much as 1.5% (100K vote margin)

once the last vote is counted. Despite a lot of election night worries (red mirage) it won't even really be all that close. Now AZ that will be close but not PA.

On edit: AZ not NV.

When everyone was panicking about the PA provisional ballots a week ago, Bob Casey said the provincials would break Democratic and Biden would win by 100,000 votes. Nate Cohn just said that exact thing: Biden by 100,000 votes.

a 70/30 split of the remaining 56k results in about 68k total vote lead

10. Here in Philly, as of last night, we still had 10 of 1703 polling Divisions not reported

Philly then added the votes from 3 of those 10 that were outstanding, in a 1:02 am EST update, but still have 7 Divisions outstanding (Divisions are usually cover a couple thousand voters each) - https://results.philadelphiavotes.com/ResultsSW.aspx?type=FED&map=CTY
