Looks like mail was most delayed in Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Illinois, and Texas.

Dive in, here. It sure looks like the regions where the mail was most delayed were Pennsylvania, Kentucky, Illinois, and Texas.

Neither one was even close to being a swing state. And Turtle was not going to lose, he was ahead by double digits in every poll.

I'm very surprised to not see FL on the list.

people were encouraged not to wait until the last minute to mail their ballots back.
