Unless the Pentagon has a new laser cannon that can zap away COVID-19, $696 billion is an insane request in the middle of a twin public health/economic crisis.

And right now Moscow Mitch and his minions can go pound sand. They should not be proposing ANY bills right no other than bills that will put money in the pockets of the American public.
