With so many deaths from the COVID-19 pandemic, not to mention previous atrocities -- refugee families torn apart, with small children confined to cages, denial of basic human rights to people already here, and other heinous crimes against humanity -- I am nowhere near ready to offer forgiveness to the perpretators of this abomination of an administration.

While theologians may preach that forgiveness should be unconditional, I believe there must be some atonement. When that occurs, then I'm willing to reconsider my stance.
