1. Trump has ALREADY filled and lost 10 legal challenges. There is no fraud data anywhere to prove their point.

2. Trump's legal team are second benchers. No lawyer worth his credibility will take the lead. So TRUMP is left with Rudy Guliani.

3. The Supreme Court had not once since 2000 used the Bush v Gore decision to get involved with a political battle. Kavanaugh tried to raise the point but got pilfered by legal experts. Katyal doesn't think SCOTUS will take Trump's case.

4. The GSA leader (women didn't catch her name) needs to stop playing Trump's political games and RELEASE transition money to Biden's team. The election IS over.

5. Trump is in deep legal trouble when he doesn't have the political shield of being a sitting president. Katyal "three buckets of trouble 1. NY attorney general taxes and inflating and deflating properties when dealing with banks and Stormy Danial payoff. Bucket 2. Civil suits from 26+ women he has attacked (allegedly). Bucket 3. Emoluments cases brought by business in civil court.
