He's the CIA operative who destroyed the tapes of the torture sessions at Abu Ghraib. He got roundly scolded for destroying evidence, and then . . . nothing. It was time to look forward to the future instead of backwards to the past. Destroy documents and erase hard drives detailing Trump administration criminality, and withstand a firm tut-tutting from Laurence O'Donnell or Rachel Maddow, and you're home free. No need to answer for any of those messy crimes against humanity, a quick resume polish, maybe hawk a book, and get ready for 2022.

Add those crimes to the list for rapid prosecution!
