Two days ago he offered a $25,000 bounty to anyone who could expose any voting fraud.

Maybe the other guy figured he'd try to take O'Keefe for the 25Gs?

The more pertinent question is why does anyone give him the time of day? Every media outlet knows he's a liar and fabricator. Anything he brings to them should be gone over with a fine-toothed comb before it gets any consideration at all.
