How do I send a request to President Biden?

I want to ask him to remember to reinstate the protections for animal both domestic and wildlife. Donny took most of them away and our creatures need them back.

They literally are producing playbooks with all the things they have to do. Trust me, some of these people are spending all their time analyzing what Trump did and how to reverse it. This includes environmental and animal protection.
Joe does not have to "remember". He is a leader and has and will appoint very competent staff who will leave nothing unturned.
