Dark triad personalities need to be seperated from mental illness.

Mental illness can improve,recover.

Dark triads get worse with therapy and they choose to not change
It's incurable.
So they aren't mentally ill,not burdened by thier disorder.Unlike people with mental illness or trauma.

Dark triad people harm mentally ill people if they can get away with it. They suck up all the air if involved in group therapy or rehabilitation groups and abuse other clients. They'll harm everyone in the psych system they can get away with. Dark triad people create mental illness and PTSD in others exposed to them.

If anything they need to be kept out of psych rehab centers,group therapy,support groups,other forms of therapy.

They need to be watched like 2 year olds which diverts resources away from real mentally ill and traumatized people who want to change and get better.

I argue by it's incurability that is who they are, not an illness.
And dark triads being what they are,it's not a mental illness it's a type of personality.
And a choice.
