Quickly cashed in on a minimal recount thus leaving a more thorough recount, (which was needed) impossible to be conducted.
Stein's recount tainted any further count from happening.
She was in it for the cash haul, not validation at the voting booth.
But that's Jill PutinStein for ya. Of course Trump understands what went down in WI & why it happened.
