Breakdown:
Biden: 5,826 (44.3%)
Trump: 7,019 (53.4%)
Biden leads Trump in Arizona by 11,635 votes.

So trump would have to whittle Biden's lead to about 3,300 votes before there would be a recount. Candidates may not request recounts in other cases.

(Actually, I think upon re-reading it, it looks like it's got to be under 200 votes, so a recount is pretty unlikely...)
