Im mildly curious how the ambassador to Denmark, a Californian who has been serving overseas since she was confirmed in 2017, established Pennsylvania residency this year.

The U.S. ambassador to Denmark claimed as recently as this past weekend that she was a 'disenfranchised' voter because her absentee ballot was not counted in Pennsylvania.
A search of Pennsylvania's elections website shows her ballot was counted. https://nyti.ms/3ngiawC

when he was a NY resident when elected and currently lives in the White House.

Diplomats' votes are treated pretty much the same when they're posted in other countries, IIRC.
