NY-11 has taken really, really long to call this race. Nicole is leading, but Rose has non conceded, saying there are plenty of ballots left to count. It's stuck at 95%. Any idea when we might get some news?

As of yesterday, 50K absentee ballots are left uncounted. Max is about 37K behind.

Staten Island is deeply republican. It is a surprise he won last time.
It is a shame, he is a good guy.
