Ohio no longer a swing state?

I read this article through and it said absolutely nothing about the gerrymandered disctricts, which are supposed to be redrawn by 2022, which right now and have favored r's. About 8 million registered voters, about 4.5 million unaffilliated, about 1.9 r' and 1.6 dems. But you wouldn't know that from this article!

The fact is, it feels nothing like a swing state and was barely an afterthought this election after taking an even smaller role than it did in 2016.
