It was started by extremist conservatives who were tired of not being able to lie on Twitter.

It's just like extremists starting the Gab social network.

Batshit as Parler is, it’s a free enterprise, and no one social media platform holds exclusive rights to anybody.

Parler will die an ignoble death once people realize an echo chamber with nothing to debate is boring as hell.

7. User interfaces can have patentable content

I remember back when software wasn’t patentable. You had to have an angle that involved hardware.

I don’t work in user interfaces and have no idea what that content might be.

I’ll guarantee that Twitter has enough IP attorneys that would be happy to pursue any infringement, but that would all be private unless a settlement couldn’t be worked out.

I agree with you on the probable demise of parler as an echo chamber. Toxic to everyone else and ultimately boring for most users.

Agree with the merits or not, it's a valid legal approach that has both failed and succeeded in court numerous times, from Apple vs. Microsoft to Rogers vs. Koons.

owner of Parler is George Soros. It is not true but I say we just keep it going and let their heads explode, because none of them know how to fact check.
