Assuming he would only take a very solid case.

However, republicans in general keep backtracking on shit that they JUST said the day before this past 5 days.

He helped argue and win a big progressive case, and I seem to remember him being involved with a second one.

and while it was a nice statement, it should have been "The election is over. We DO have a new president." I know I am nitpicking, but I'm over this wishywashy shit.
