Hey Trump! Go all the way. Start your own party and leave the Republicans.

Imagine the money that you can grif...er um...raise as the head of a new national party. Think about the corporate donations. Foreign donations. Lobby money. All of that you'd get a piece of. The sky is the limit for you and your new party.

Go for it!

4. Actually, history tells us this is how these things usually go. And it's good that it does.

This isn't the only time the US was hyper-polarized like today. Rather than it festering into a civil war, what usually happens is that the losing party fractures into two (or more) parties. This immediately defuses the actual physical danger and the crazy portion just becomes a perennial curiosity, like the Birchers, Libertarians, etc.

Of course he'd want to call it the tRump party, and we'd call it the chump party. But why would he need a new party to scam when he's doing so well scamming the rethugs?

The LP and RVAT would love to be able to reclaim their former party, but it's unlikely. It started to die long long ago. Nixon, Regan, Moscow Mitch, dirty delusional don the con, with Q anon next at bat, warming up; and mean batsh*t crazy is waiting to exit stage left and enter stage right.

7 million +/- voted for him! That's a lot of delusional, crazy, hateful, cultist people.
He could build a party from that base, although some voted for him reluctantly out of party loyalty, so they wouldn't leave and join his. I wonder how many, if any repug politicians would follow him to a new party?

change their name to the Trumpian party. After all, that's what they've become. Republicans are unrecognizable from what they were a few years ago.
