I always said Graham always had to attach himself to someone he saw as the Alpha Dog and try to get whatever secondary benefits came from that. First it was John McCain, but when he died, he went with Spike/Trump. I'm divided between he's still so loyal to Trump because Donald has kompromat on him, or Lindsay is such a sniveling weasel, he just doesn't want to lose his Alpha.
