So maybe he'll drop that one too.

However, he's fundraising for "legal defense fund", and can he still do that if he isn't suing anyone? I bet he'll keep a few going, just to be able to claim money from donors.
And supposedly any donations under $8K are being taken to pay campaign debt, so they won't want to cut off that spigot.
