Biden is the first Dem to win Georgia since Clinton in 92. Lots of Dems and DUers felt Georgia was too red to spend resources on. The map for Dems is expanding South and West with Arizona too.

and end voter suppression so every eligible voter can vote. After Obama won NC in 2008, GOP decided to make some dangerous changes to prevent it from happening again. Long lines and fewer polling places in urban areas is a big part of it.
