Plop your cursor in the image
Right click
Select "open image in new tab"
Go to that new tab and copy the link
Paste the link into your post. As long as the link ends in .jpg or .png (and perhaps some other image designations) the image will show up in your post.

Posting a personal image is more complex.

Procedure:

Right click on pic. Click "Open in new tab." Then go to the new tab, copy the URL, then bring it here and paste it.
