Oh look DHS tells a Federal Judge it made false statements to the court regarding its efforts to claim that illegally appointed Chad Wolf was not illegally appointed.

Normally the attorneys who made the misrepresentation would be sanctioned but is that right here? How much was the fault of Wolf and others at DHS? Is this correction of the record a way for the attorneys to show their contempt for Wolf now that Trump and Wolf are leaving?
I don't know. I'm just raising questions.
