Concession is just a norm and a courtesy (and we know he doesn't do norms or courtesies). At noon on 1/20 he will no longer be president whether or not he ever concedes, but I don't think he wants the spectacle of being dragged out of the WH by the Secret Service; he'll find some face-saving way to leave, maybe in a MAGAt parade.

There is nothing in the constitution or law saying he has to concede. He's not president any more once Inauguration Day comes, whether he concedes or not.
