They can state one state for him. They did it for shrub. But they can't steal three. They know they can't get away with that.

Been his plan from the start I think he was as surprised this time as he was the first time. Regardless he has planned to do this all along...But they do not have to accept anything they choose not to and I think Roberts is more aware of his legacy than some of the others and this is "The Roberts Court".

... I've got a feeling none of them will ever get to the Supreme Court. I hope I'm right, but if any of them do get that far, I think Gorsuch, Kavanaugh and Barrett all should recuse.

he needs to have then still in some court or other when the states have to select the electors. This, he hopes, is the hat the republican state legislators will use to select his slate to vote in the electoral college, Democrats will sue... and THAT case will go to the Supreme Court... who may say "it's up to the states to decide on electors".

And that is the coup.

If they believe that 10s of thousands of votes were fraudulent, but Trumps votes are all legitimate, they can always safely say "we are not overruling the popular vote, in fact, we are preserving the will of the people"

Anyway, I didn't say this would be successful, but this is his plan.
