And it's hilarious because the tape actually torpedoes the rethug insistence about whether he is a "Muslim" or "Christian". In one part of the tape, he starts talking about Jesus Christ...

And worse, it takes Shrub to task about the mishandling of Hurricane Katrina funding to New Orleans vs how it was done for New York after 9/11 or Florida after Hurricane Andrew.

5. The Unhinged Want A Big Flare Up Reaction...

It's the only way to distract from the reality that the rushpublicans have a horrid candidate and a platform that works against the interests of 90% of the American people. Bishop Stench has taken such a pounding in the corporate media in recent weeks the rushpublicans are desperate for a "scene changer"...something/anything that will get the discussion off Willard's "47%" remark and onto some other bright shiny object. While I respect Joe and understand why he'd be incredulous, don't give this non-story the air and pump the hate radio crowd wishes for. Seems like the morning news shows have paid little attention to it...let's keep it that way...

The issue is what Joe said this morning - You call them out. He even brought up the analogy of how many Germans ignored the Nazis and then look what happened.

No, when it comes to MY and Joe's self-interest, we're NOT going to let the bullshit go. You massively attack it, correct the record, and THEN you move on. You don't leave that shit out there so the M$M can spin it some other way.

7. Eye On The Prize...

We're a little more than a month from election day and all indications are this President should win...and that's where the focus needs to be. Now's not the time to chase the bright shiny object and let the rushpublicans steal the narrative...especially with the massive amounts of money they have to spread lies far and wide. The best facet of the Obama campaign has been their ability to stay focused and not chase these stinkbombs. Don't take the bait.

Most definitely it's important to call these slimeballs out for their overtly blatant racism against this President...and I think the rushpublicans are beginning to pay a price for their politics of hate and obstruction. Remember, the games of a Tucker Carlson or any of those other slimemasters is to get the reaction...then hope the corporate media plays the false equvelency game and give their slimeing some legs. The time to attack is after the election...hopefully we can give these shitstains a solid beating and then watch them rip each other apart...
