I don't excuse what happened in that video at all. I wish that our side had just ignored these jackasses or even better just stayed home. Now the rwnj's will whine and play the victim will play that video on a constant loop as an example of the "violent left". That said, there's been plenty of stupidity to go around. The Proud Boys have definitely instigated shit too. I've seen actual street brawls of them punching and kicking people.

...people are fine with Trumpers holding marches, etc. The problem comes afterwards, when the less-restrained among them (i.e. Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, and the like), overdosing on testosterone and feeling the security of large groups, decide it's "their city" (as opposed to that of all the "betas," "snowflakes," and "libtards" that actually, y'know, live there) and start roaming around in packs, looking for trouble. Generally, they wind up finding it.

He left out that it was only a short clip, and if you watch the full thing, you can clearly see the MAGA fool antagonizing, pushing the BLM supporters, and just generally trying to start fights. He got what he deserved.

Some people had heated exchanges and scuffled (two children were in the mix). After which BLM Square and all of DC was marched upon by Proud Boys who live out of town and were the main instigators in Portland (same leaders, same people, you can see all of them from the same pictures).

They started it with a very orchestrated photo-op sending people into BLM Square, instigating, calling names, trash talking. They plan this shit out before hand as we have seen time and time again in their pre-protest pep talks. They do it very carefully and with purpose. Start shit with the people on the left, when the people on the left don't want to take any more of their shit, call them antifa/anarchists/fascists/terrorists, whatever.

Meanwhile the police side with them generally because they're all a bunch of right wing thugs.

To answer your question, nothing particularly happened that hasn't been happening all across the country by right wing thugs.
