Everything above the yellow line is excess mortality (more deaths than usual for each week). Interesting that there isn't a recent spike in deaths, but the data is only up to Oct 24, so it may take time for the new "cases" (ie, positive test results whether or not they're symptomatic) to run the full clinical course.
