Total Voted Early: 4,013,155

We do not here in Texas, therefore in a runoff, anyone who did not vote in the opposing party's primary may vote in the runoff.

It’s too easy to isolate and delay mail in one state like GA. I’m betting that those ballots never get counted due to either mail delays or rules that eliminate ballots like signature matches etc.

I hope there’s adequate messaging to counter the swindle.
