Trumpy attacking Georgia Republicans and triggering GOP infighting in Georgia.

This was totally predictable bc Trump always needs to find a scapegoat for his own failures.

https://www.rawstory.com/2020/11/georgia-republicans-fight-among-themselves-as-trump-s-their-partys-state-leaders-report/

Infighting is breaking out among Georgia Republicans as they become targets of President Trump after Joe Biden defeated him in the state on November 3rd — the first time a Republican lost the state since 1992. According the Wall Street Journal, the infighting comes as state party leaders try to rally support for two sitting senators facing runoffs in January that will determine control of the U.S. Senate.

If Democrats win both Georgia runoffs, they will hold a majority in the chamber. Sen. David Perdue (R-GA) is trying to fend off Democrat Jon Ossoff while Georgia’s other Republican senator, Kelly Loeffler, is being challenged by the Rev. Raphael Warnock.

“Energizing Mr. Trump’s loyal base is essential to the GOP’s runoff strategy, and Republicans in Georgia and in Washington, D.C., would like to see the president train his fire on Messrs, Ossoff and Warnock,” writes the Wall Street Journal’s Cameron McWhirter and Lindsay Wise. “But Mr. Trump, apparently preoccupied with a continuing recount of the state’s presidential results, instead spent the past few days on Twitter attacking top Georgia Republicans: Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger and Gov. Brian Kemp, both once considered allies of Mr. Trump.”

maybe it's best that the Orange Menace remains in the media spotlight for another several weeks or so. Let him do damage to "his" party and lose the seats in Georgia.

THEN the real work can begin to repair and heal the country.

The only thing he cares about is himself and so he’s going to lash out at kemp for not securing Georgia For him. If they think drumpf is going to accept losing to Biden but still fight for Georgia for the “good of the party” then they are even more delusional than he is.

Kemp sorta got caught in 2018. He may have issues trying to get away with it again, with maximum visibility on him (assuming, of course, he has any ability or desire to actually rig at all - what do I know?). Maybe he has exposure to state as well as federal charges.

When is the media ever going to talk about Democrats "energizing their loyal base". They rarely frame it that way for Democrats or will do some milquetoast wording that suggests that Democrats will sit home or are divided, and then proceed to fill column inches on bullshit about the different "factions" of the Democratic party.

Masterful statement and strategy. Even some MAGAts relate to elites being crooks. And they know, deep down it's true.

Many others have found that word "once".

With Trump, loyalty only goes one way - to Trump.

Can't say I'm shocked. Drumpf has taken time off from haranguing the public and politicians alike, live and in person. He had to stop dancing. His feet became moving targets - albeit slow, clumsy and bovine ones - and it was harder to shoot them.

Let's all wish him well in this endeavour.
