Huge shout out to Congresswomen that are barely recognized.

Their heads down and doing their job.

Deb Haaland and Sharice Davids, both Native Americans first ever to be elected to congress. Sharice is also openly gay from Kansas no less.

Deb is being considered for a cabinet position.

Deb Haaland says 'of course' she would serve as Interior secretary under Biden

Deb stay in Congress. We need her there.

I believe retiring Senator Tom Udall of this state is also under consideration, and I'd like to see him get it so she can continue directly serving the people of NM.

step up to that seat. Experience matters, and even though she's only served one term so far, she now has some knowledge about how things work in Congress.

Much, much better to nominate someone for that position who doesn't have to give up a seat in Congress. My concern is that Biden will go for the optics: Look! A Native for Secretary of the Interior! rather than someone who has spent years actually doing relevant things. As Udall has done.

My opinion, anyway.

Deb Haaland and Sharice Davids, both Native Americans first ever to be elected to congress

They are serious about the job they were elected to do.
Two most honorable & deserving Congresswomen.
