It's true that Romney had good debates during the primary season. But don't forget that he shared the stage with some very weak competition and never had a real one-on-one since 2002 when he ran for Governor of Massachusetts.

(33,688 posts)for most of primary season. Gingrich was the only one with a higher-than-room-temp IQ. I exempt Huntsman because he vanished so quickly. Bachmann, Cain, Crazy Uncle Liberty and Santorum? If their brains were petrol it wouldn't collectively power a gnat's motorcycle half way around a BB.
