I agree there is a balancing act
The more you keep Trump's name in the news, the more attention he gets. If we keep criminal investigations at the state level, Biden can stay out of them.
I would like to see a real investigation done into Russia interference in 2016. I think we deserve to know what lengths Russia went to. And, more importantly, if votes were changed in key swing states.
I do agree that this Presidency needs to be way more about Biden than it does Trump.
