If I have to go to the doctor or a retail store, I add a face shield in addition to my medical mask worn under a cloth mask.

2. This frame is not enough because it makes it sound like the risk is only to the anti-masker

It's like yes they are putting themselves needlessly at risk, but they are also endangering others, including their own family.

Because a sick person without a mask can infect you even if you are wearing a mask in the right circumstances.
