(70,489 posts)... him to throw away ballots in order to change the outcome of the state's vote
in a Presidential election? Lindsey should be thrown out of the senate if this is
true and his recent "victory" in his own senate race in South Carolina should be
looked at.

And this is personal for me because I voted absentee in Georgia. This slimy motherfucker doesn't even live here and wants to have my vote tossed! Hey Lindsey: FUCK YOU, you weak, cowardly, blackmailed puppet piece of trumper shit!

(21,428 posts)after Jan 20, if then.
But if an investigation turned up vote counting fraud that put the loser in Congress, could the election be overturned at that point? It would be an illegal election based on a felony. Remove the fraudulent winner and hold another election for the Senate or House seat, whichever was involved?
Would this kind of fraud explain the discrepancy between polls and outcome?

(2,957 posts)So, Graham asked the GA SoS to really, really sharpen that pencil and narrow the requirements to the point where any excursions on a submitted ballot - right down to the thickness of the lines used by the pen that signed said ballot - be deemed a violation and thus an excuse to dismiss a ballot.
Technically, they can interpret their way out of this being an unlawful request. But the fact that a Republican from another state even spoke to GA SoS about this AT ALL is evidence enough that they're trying to put their fingers on the scale.
Republicans are dishonorable.
