There's a Youtube channel(Legal Eagle) produced by a defense lawyer that explains case law and how trials really progress using movie and tv legal tropes. He points out what they do that would get a judge to laugh you out of court or throw you in jail for using them using similar legal tactics.
We just watched one where he went over the South Park Chewebaca defense and how it was pulled off the OJ Simpson trial. I think Rudy should check his channel out before going in front of a judge.
Seriously, bringing up an event that was never brought before a judge some sort of judicial ruling as evidence that can support your claim?
