and I think the judge knows too........The judge was very specific when he asked if Rudy was in "good standing" with the Bar.

(10,495 posts)Depends on the judge whether he/she would sanction Rudy, and if so by how much (usually a monetary sanction) but could keep him off of the case.
The Bar could reprimand or suspend him plus financial sanctions. His other Bar admissions (other states he is licensed in) could punish him for this as well.
