In that respect, Giuliani is right -- win or lose, the whole purpose of this is to get election cases before the SCOTUS. At which point, we'll find out if the facts, the Constitution, and hundreds of years of case law count, or if it's a simple matter of mathematics, as in (Three Trump nominees + Alito + Thomas = a majority for whatever outcome Trump wants). And, while most of us are convinced the latter won't happen, we won't really know until the case comes before them and they issue an opinion. And I wish I was more confident in the outcome.

the other side would appeal it to the SCOTUS. And I would reather arrive in that court as the winner in the lower court than the loser. And, of course, there is always the risk that the SCOTUS refuses to hear the case. Another instance where it's better to be the winner in the lower court than the loser. If this is Rudy's planned course for victory on the SCOTUS level, he's making a mockery of the court and the Justices, and a fool of himself. Of course, at this point we should expect no different.

Is he so detached from reality, that he thinks Rudi is the right guy to argue his case at a Supreme Court? It's like, he DOES NOT GIVE A SHIT what he is doing to the US judicial system.

I really hope Biden revisits his thinking that "sweeping Trump under the Rug" is a good long term strategy for the USA. We did this in 2008 and look what the opposition delivered in 2016.

And as a showman, he knows that he need send anyone competent: just someone about whom he can say to his ignorant base "See! Even the courts are against us!
