GIULIANI: "I'm not sure what 'opacity' means... probably means u can see." JUDGE: "it means u can't"

Dan Zak @MrDanZak

Update from U.S. district court in Williamsport, Pa., one of the Trump campaign's last stands:

GIULIANI: “I’m not sure what 'opacity' means. It probably means you can see.”

JUDGE BRANN: “It means you can’t.”

He prosecuted mob bosses and was highly regarded at one time. What the hell? Now he is an idiot clown. Hard to believe he was ever a lawyer, let alone a U.S. Attorney or Associate Attorney General.

Was he always this stupid? Or is he suffering from dementia?

The fact that Giuliani wants Trump to pay him this time rather than lawyering pro bono should make short work of the former.

(fyi if you don't get the face palm, "strict scrutiny" is a term of art in constitutional law with a very specific meaning, whereas "normal scrutiny" is.... not)

This is not the same guy who went after the mob. Or even parlayed that into cleaning up 42nd street before going on a rampage to prioritize racist policing and being negligent re: our national security by his actions around the world trade center before 9/11.

Who is writing the best seller about his fall, and who will play him in the TV series?
