So I'm driving home after work and

Hear Lindsey Graham “explaining” his conversation with the Georgia SOS to a reporter, and I’m thinking “where have I heard that voice before?

And then it hits me: it is the voice of Gary Busey playing Mr Joshua the killer sociopath in the first Lethal Weapon film.

... The lines were delivered by veteran character actor Mitchell Ryan. Very chillingly. Like Lindsey.
