There are still 1.3M mailin and provisional ballots in NY alone and they have been breaking about 75%+ for Biden. It just takes forever to process that many ballots and NY tends to slow even in a non COVID year.

The majority of this country either approved of Trump enough to vote for him, or were OK enough with him not to vote against him.
Adjust your expectations for America accordingly... downward.
