They fly you to Andrews, you get on a plane, they dump you at your home of record, and you're on your own.

Except for the Presidential pension, Secret Service protection for life, free lunch with dignitaries around the world for life, a staggeringly lucrative Presidential book deal, periodic "Here's What Former President X Is Up To These Days" magazine articles, etc.

Trump has ignored them. His shit should be put on the curb and he should be left to make his own arrangements.

"executive one" is used if the sitting president flies a non-military aircraft, and, apparently, when the outgoing president flies what would normally be known as "marine one" if the sitting president were on it.

so it's still a "presidential" courtesy to call it "executive one" when the outgoing president is on it.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Executive_One

The military helicopter that normally has the call sign "Marine One" is assigned the "Executive One" call sign when it transports the outgoing president on their final flight from the Capitol, after the inauguration of their successor, as was done on January 20, 2009 for George W. Bush and on January 20, 2017 for Barack Obama.

...but in this case, I'd tell the fat fuck he has his own helicopter that he was planning to use as the presidential heli before the Secret Service told him no to the hell, and that he can either use it or walk.
