It is not the place of government to threaten me with violence for taking a 4AM walk around the block.

Non-essential businesses will need to be closed by 10.

I know I plan on my nightly 11pm walk around the hood.

I’m watching the counties live TV news conference - can’t find an article online that clarifies this though.
