He hasn't a clue who they are. He hasn't a clue about much of anything. In most cases, these were just names put in front of him and like a dutiful moron, he signed off on them. Plus, these suits are virtually transparent for lack of substance. On everything else, these appointees might rule like the good Federalist Society toadies we think they are. Then again, maybe not. But this election shit is so bush no one with half a brain would side with the plaintiff.

The bench has a way of changing people for various reasons. Lifetime appointment and all. That's been observed on SCOTUS for generations. David Souter is an example. Appointed by Papa Bush. Sided with the liberal side of the court almost from day 1. Some don't change a bit like Alito and Thomas. But many do. Just this year, Gorsuch sided with the liberals to expand the Civil Rights Act to include LGBTQ folks. That is huge. That's beyond huge. Still drives the religo-nuts insane. Question is, how will Barrett be affected by her appointment. Too soon to tell.

Yes, there are some total hack Republican judges, but there are some good ones too.

Later when other cases come down to their court their rulings will not be so palatable.

If any of these joke cases make it to the SCOTUS, they'll hold too. But I bet Trump gets a couple votes and that's a huge probelm too.
