AOC fires back at Kelly Loeffler's argument against stimulus: 'You gifted yourself a private jet on

Amid record surges of coronavirus across the country, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez called for a new round of stimulus checks to keep people afloat during another round of potential stay-at-home orders. “To get the virus under control, we need to pay people to stay home,” AOC tweeted this Thursday.

Georgia Republican Senator Kelly Loeffler took a shot at AOC’s tweet, saying that she’d do everything to stop the proposal.

“AOC wants to lock down our economy, lock the American people in their homes, and put the government in charge of every single part of our lives,” Loeffler tweeted, adding, “It’s not going to happen on my watch.”

1. Fine ... pay everyone who WANTS to protect their health to stay home ...

And issue an EO that says they cannot be fired from their position (if they have one) for doing so.

Then we can say screw the lockdown and let everyone who doesn't GAF about their health go out and fuck around and have church services and parties and whatever else.

They can have their FREEDUMB, as long as the people who want to stay home ... can do so and still be paid and keep their job.

Seems like a fair compromise.
