Norms, traditions, checks and balances. They keep the system going as long as both sides play by the rules. They can fail catastrophically otherwise.

That said, non-partisan reforms are catching on, especially involving redistricting.

out fraud, you also accusing the republican election people of being liars and cheaters as well. Obviously the majority of the GOP are clueless in how votes are counted and ballots examined
