Those would be attorneys you pay to represent you and who know the money will stop flowing the moment there is bad news. They have a strong monetary incentive to paint you a rosy picture for as long as you are paying them.

If they are good, keep them, but get your status reports from someone who has nothing to lose by giving it to you straight.

Hey, we all know Ghouliani ia a total nut job loser. But to hear Powell spout off on totally wild, strange and unsettling conspiracy ideas was a shock. She has lost any respect any judge may have had for her (they do watch tv, the media, etc.) previously as she sounded like a more contained Rudy G.

It is odd that although she has represented R-Scums for years, her performance at Rudy's hair-melting was truly bonkers and lacking in any and all evidence. She must have been promised big $ to spout off on these ludicrous claims yet she did.
