A 35 year old woman is on a Covid Ward. Physical therapist for the same hospital.

She was warned by her family to find a job with a private employer but she refused. The hospital told her that her patients were strictly those admitted to the hospital and therefore, screened. What the hospital DIDN'T tell her was that it started having her work with patients who WEREN'T admitted to the hospital. Turns out the first six patients all had Covid.

She's sick as a dog. She just had a baby eight months ago.

As physical therapy can't be done remotely, the hospital was negligent in not protecting her.

Nor could her family sue if she dies.
