(22,176 posts)out by Ghoul and cronies is pathetic and unworthy, especially since they haven't even come up with a shred of evidence of fraud.

(115,900 posts)at the depths to which a whole lot of supposedly reputable, well-educated and well-credentialed lawyers have sunk in their representation of Trump and his efforts to overturn the election. Some have, in fact, withdrawn, but too many others have kept swimming in this legal cesspool. If they aren't suspended or disbarred in their respective states, the courts should at least hit them with sanctions for filing frivolous and unfounded lawsuits.

(9,771 posts)This crap we're seeing now, though, is absolutely mob style behavior associated with the highest office in the land. Shameful.

(3,635 posts)Even though what Trump is attempting won't work, he's toying with democracy and breaking norms, and there needs to be a price for this.
What Trump has revealed is how vulnerable and rickety our system is... how the democratic norms we take for granted are not really hardcoded into law the way they should be.

(16,940 posts)Pretty scary, isn't it? When "impeachment" won't work because of partisan protection (the argument from the get-go - they'll put up with him as long as they get their judges and tax cuts) - we've got a problem.

(8,200 posts)Go after these bastards. Maybe some judge with a pair of balls will take action against these traitors for the ridiculous law suits they are filling. Those who are in a position to do something have not done a damnable thing. I am so sick of this situation if I was younger if it doesn't improve I would seriously consider looking for somewhere else to live.

(36,160 posts)I hope he's successful. Maybe he lacks standing, however, or needs documentation; they're not necessarily national general complaint desks and perhaps lodging a complaint outside their jurisdiction is not sufficient. I'm no lawyer, but I'd think they have guidelines about who can lodge formal complaint.
Short of revoking their licenses and given publicly acknowledged proof, there's still a whole range of discipline that these authorities might decide are sufficient. Just sayin'.

(21,819 posts)We should have Congressman and Senators from each of these states filing the same.
I welcome scrutiny of our elections, but this is insane, frivolous, and damaging to our Country.
