Look for a rash of new state laws giving more leeway on electors overthrowing the vote

Trump would have had a better chance of succeeding in his scheme had it not been for laws that were in place. I am certain ALEC already has drafted bills for its minions in GOP-controlled state houses that will make a fascist coup more achievable next time around. We really need to BOLO for this, because they tend to slip these things in surreptitiously with no fanfare. Am I being paranoid? In this clip of Marsha Blackburn's interview with Juju Chang, most people were preoccupied with her off-hand references to Biden and Harris as PE and VPE, which she later recanted. However, at around 3:00 in the clip, she says that the state legislatures will be passing laws to "clean up" the problems that she claims created confusion this time around. Blackburn is nothing but a stooge and aging RW spokesmodel, and she obviously gave up some information about plans she has been read in on.

Republican legislatures may be pissed Biden "slipped by" in ths election (we know he didn't), but they won't let it happen again. Gerrymandering, stripping Democratic governors of power, having legislatures decide who wins in the end. All part of the plan folks to strip democracy and go to one party rule.

For a constitutional referendum in all 50 States that electors must be decided by poplar vote. There needs to be an additional layer of protection from partisan State legislatures. I can see it heading into the direction were one day republican state legislatures decide appoint their own electors especially if Texas ever goes blue.
