SIOUX FALLS, S.D. — Glenn and Cara Geist were sitting in their suburban backyard again, waiting for rioters with her dad's old .22 hunting rifle, when they decided that was it. The last straw. They were done with Minnesota.

The Geists are a few of the handful of people who have self-deported from states around the nation to move to South Dakota specifically for political reasons, including its lack of COVID-19 restrictions.

The moron needs to lose the mullet. He wasn't allowed in a South Dakota hospital because he would not wear a mask. So he celebrated his freedom in the hospital parking lot, locked in his car. The stupid. It hurts.

of Minneapolis, nowhere near any of the incidents related to the killing of George Floyd. Nothing happened in Andover. If this numpty was sitting in his backyard in Andover with a rifle, waiting for rioters, he was bound to be disappointed. But covid rates are much worse now in SD than in MN, so he traded the exactly zero likelihood of being attacked by Antifa rioters for the substantial probability that, maskless and stupid, he and his equally clueless wife will end up in some ICU in a Sioux Falls hospital - where he will insist that he hasn't got covid because it's just a hoax.
